We’ve found the wordpress platform to be powerful and highly customisable while being easy for the average user to make edits.

Many other platfroms such as Shopify, WIX, Squarespace and others tend to also be easy to use, however they lack functionality to grow as your business grows.

Pellau Media is located in Trinidad and Tobago. Founded in 2007, we’ve been serving clients globally with all of their ecommerce and marketing needs.

This is also what allows us to offer such affordable rates! Our employees are located here in Trinidad as well.

We accept a variety of payment options such as credit card, bank transfer, cash (only for Trinidadian clients). We accept the option that is most convenient and cheapest for our client to use.

Please note: since we operate in Trinidad and Tobago, our local currency is TTD; which is usually converted to around $1USD = $6.80TTD. Our international clients can pay us via PayPal, Credit Card or we have a range of bank accounts in various currencies such as USD, GBP, CAD and EUR.

This depends on the amount of work required. Our WordPress design packages begin at $295.00USD per page. You’ll need to speak with an expert so we can determine the exact scope of the project.

We strive for a 2 to 4 week turn around time. This counts for standard work days (Mon to Fri). Should be there be a delay; we will communicate this with you.

Yes you can! We preinstall Elementor for you. This plugin allows you to easily design everything the way you want it. 

You can add any of the countless other page builder plugins availabe or you can even use the built in WordPress page editor.

YES! Your website will be open to anyone worldwide. 

Our websites use AWS servers allowing for super fast load times. This is the same techology used by the giants in e-commerce.

Your Domain name and Web Hosting are included for one year. After this year, renewals for these services will need to be discussed. After the one year mark, your business needs may have changed, therefore our team of experts will guide you through next steps to either upgrade, adapt the website and supporting services. 

Some clients also opt for us to do maintenance and advertising for them. These are custom packages tailored to each client. 

You can bring your own domain name. Our name servers would be provided to you, or you can grant us access to your domain name provider so our technical team can make the change for you.

Out of the box, your new website can accept PayPal, Stripe, Cash on delivery, Bank transfers and many other options.

In Trinidad and Tobago many small businesses choose to use PayWise and WiPay to accept credit and debit cards.

Yes! We set up the website. We will take care of the technical aspects of building a WordPress website; such as installing themes, plugins and configuring everything. The websites we hand over to you are usable and you can make more adjustments on your own if you wish.

We set up a website that is ready to being selling!

Yes you can! If your experience with us was not what was expected then you can cancel. 

We usually go a step further to assist our clients with moving their WordPress installation over to their new provider.

Our contract is simple and straight forward. It simply outlines what we will provide and what you as the client need to provide us with in order to deliver quality work.

We believe that if we provide exceptional service then our clients will stay. We do not lock them into any long term contracts. Clients are free to leave to other providers if they wish.

You can add 1000’s of products. We have seen clients add well over 3000 products to their websites.

Yes! Your website is able to use most standard payment gateways allowing you to accept both credit cards and debit cards. You can add options to allow customers to pay via cash or bank transfer as well.
