This project came after the completion of the DMCU website: View at: https://dmcutt.com/
While building the website, we were in constant talks with the client to help improve other systems such as email, member sign ups etc. One of those conversations led to a 2 month advertising campaign aimed at re-introducing Diego Martin Credit Union to the people they are meant to be serving. This campaign was design to do two things:
- Increase brand awareness and brand sentiment for DMCU
- Increase sign ups and thereby persons taking loans.
When Pellau proposes campaigns to our clients we usually aim to fix underlying issues but also keep in alignment with the main commercial interest of the client; revenue. In this case, DMCU while a pillar of Diego Martin, had fallen out of recognition of the very people they are meant to serve. Therefore simply pushing loan sales wouldn’t “cut it”. We needed to ensure people would know, like and trust DMCU.
Attached is the roll out video for the campaign. A simple landing page was also added to direct people to where they could enter the competition: https://dmcutt.com/home/not-another-mothers-day/. We also had to create privacy policies for DMCU to be compliant with META and other advertising networks.
