What will life be like without our sexual experiences? The rhythmic passion that pulsates during intercourse sometimes does not last long enough for you and your partner. But what can you do about it? Cry? Eat those aphrodisiac foods that will build your libido? Or you can try these really effective techniques before you have sex next.
Some research has suggested that by strengthening the pelvic region, it will treat erectile dysfunction, ejaculation control, and prevent premature ejaculation. It is said that it might even increase the intensity of your orgasms. Kegels are done by doing the same action similar to what you’d do when holding your pee. Make it into an exercise, say 3 sets of 10 of those squeezes 5 times a day.

Breathing into your belly instead of your chest, during intercourse can be a big help. No quick shallow breaths. It will just cause your body to become stressed with your nervous system getting activated along with the flexing of your muscles, causing the fight or flight instinct to come out (well you know….. ejaculate). So very deep and slow breaths into your belly, even relaxation techniques before sex can be a big help.
This is a fun activity where one partner would stimulate the other, by gradually bringing them to that point where an orgasm is actually building, and as it’s about to hit, your partner will reduce the level of stimulation. This is called erotic sexual denial. You can make things more interesting by tying up your partner and teasing them. Another possibility is for one partner to help produce multiple orgasms in the other, enabling sex to last longer but a lot more messy.
